RESERVATION
The booking will become firm once we have received a deposit of at least 50% of the total cost of the guiding.
The deposit is non-refundable but may be retained for a future service provided by Lappland Pro Natur AB, within a period of 18 months, in the case of the special circumstances listed in “FORCE MAJEURE”.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of the guiding must be paid no later than 60 days before the start of the holiday. Customers who have not paid the balance by the agreed date are deemed to have cancelled their holiday. From then on, the service will be offered again and no refund will be made.
LATE REGISTRATION
For bookings made less than 60 days before the start of a holiday, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
All cancellations must be notified to us before the start of the rental period or the organized services. The deposit paid will be retained by Lappland Pro Natur AB.
– If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the guiding, 50% of the price of the guiding will be retained.
– If the cancellation is made less than 59 days before the start of the guiding, 100% of the price of the guiding will be retained and/or due.
– If the tenant is not present on the day of arrival stipulated in the contract or after a period of 24 hours and without cancellation on his or her part, the present contract will be considered terminated. The service will again be offered for hire, and the deposit or the total cost of the stay will be retained in full by Lappland Pro Natur AB.
– In the event of early termination of the guiding by the customer, for which Lappland Pro Natur AB is not responsible, no refund will be made.
COURSE OF THE TRIP
Lappland Pro Natur AB undertakes to ensure that its partners provide the services sold.
-Any complaints should be addressed to Lappland Pro Natur AB at alban@lpn.nu.
– Lappland Pro Natur AB is not responsible for travel to the meeting points. This includes flights, car travel, and any other means of transport available.
– You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents.
– The laws in force in the countries visited must be respected, as well as a code of good conduct and morality regarding local customs. If the above points are not met, Lappland Pro Natur AB reserves the right to suspend any service previously purchased.
– All customers agree to notify Lappland Pro Natur AB within 24 hours of the expiration of the guiding contract.
PENALTIES
In the event of late payment, Lappland Pro Natur AB will charge a surcharge of 8% of the total amount and an administration fee of €6 per reminder sent by e-mail or letter. After 60 days, a debt collection agency will collect the sums due.
FORCE MAJEURE
Lappland Pro Natur AB accepts no liability in the following cases:
– natural disasters and/or abnormal weather conditions,
– epidemics or pandemics, whether known or unknown at the date of the contract, except in special cases where strict restrictions prevent travel to the Lappland Pro Natur AB site at the date of the contract; in this case only, a possible postponement of the guiding may be considered within 18 months. No refunds will be offered, unless required by law or in the very specific case where Lappland Pro Natur AB is unable to honour its commitment. The following special cases will be considered on a case-by-case basis:
– wars, rebellions, attacks…
– changes to or cancellations of flight plans by airlines.
We strongly recommend that you take out the necessary insurance coverage for your stay and travel.
GOOD TO KNOW
– Travel with an identity card or passport valid on the date of return!
– Don’t forget to bring your European Health Insurance Card with you.
– The currency in Finland is the euro (€).
– All shops prefer payment by card.
